What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash upon delivery, bank transfer, and card payments. In-store purchases can be paid for with credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Can I still place an order through the website for delivery outside UAE?

Yes, you can, however, shipping charges, custom taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that if your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you, this may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will confirm the delivery date upon payment confirmation.

Is my personal information kept private?

We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is confidential and private. We use your information only for the purpose of processing your orders and shipment.

International Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer free international shipping for purchases above 5000.00AED.

All international deliveries may take up to 2 weeks after payment confirmation.

Please note that custom taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility

Your Savonlinna piece will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will be packed in our branded boxes. Delivery times may vary, depending on the stock of the pieces, you will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order.

Can I place a custom order to Hashi?

We love nothing more than a challenge (and a customer who knows her own mind). We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred metal or diamond colors. If it’s a completely bespoke piece you’re after, just send us an email at info@hashi.ae. Please be aware that sales of custom pieces are final.

What do I do if I have damaged my Hashi Jewellery?

We would advise you to stop wearing the item and if there are any broken pieces, to wrap them carefully together. As soon as possible, please pop in to Hashi office where we will be able to assess the item and give you more detailed advice.

UAE Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within Dubai only. For other Emirates charges that may apply, our team will inform you of the rates.
