REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Exchange of the items is accepted within 30 days from purchase with the item and packaging in original condition. In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered which expires in 3 months. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must bring the item to our office in Dubai. All pre-orders items are final sale and NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

SHIPMENT 

We accept online orders to shipping addresses within the UAE. We deliver your order within 2-4 working days. If you place your order on holidays, your order will be shipped in 2 or 4 working days.  For international shipments contact us on info@hashi.ae.

HASHI.AE is an online service for the purpose of the sale of fine jewellery.

In order to be able to make purchases through the Website, you will be requested to register. The information sought will allow HASHI.AE to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively.

The Website is available only to individuals who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment card, and who have authorized HASHI.AE to process payments for items purchased

By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorize HASHI.AE to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card I.D.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

HASHI.AE may use the information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud reviews, the agency involved may keep a record of that information.

We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

When you make a purchase through the Website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

HASHI may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms, you should stop using this Website. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Any changes made after you have placed an order with us, will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

PRICING POLICY

In the Website you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. You may choose between United Arab Emirates Dirham, Saudi Riyal, Kuwait Dinar, Euro and United States Dollar. The currency will be based on your device settings and I.P. address.

All currency priced items will be honoured as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.

Please note that depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. The rates are subject to variation and may go up or down; therefore, prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are markdown at any time during the selling period.

Prices may change at any time due to markdowns or price changes advised from suppliers and vendors. These price changes can reflect at any time throughout the day and may result in the price of a Product increasing or decreasing. These markdowns can be permanent or temporary, and any changes in prices are at the discretion of HASHI and are in line with pricing guidelines from suppliers and vendors.

PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK

HASHI retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to HASHI Jewellery, if payment is refunded to you. Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.

All personal details you provide to us are dealt with in the strictest confidentiality. No information is disseminated by HASHI without your written consent unless required by law at detailed above.
