REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Exchange of the items is accepted within 30 days from purchase with the item and packaging in original condition. In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered which expires in 3 months. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must bring the item to our office in Dubai. All pre-orders items are final sale and NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Shipment Delivery

Hashi accepts online orders to shipping addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days. If you place your order on holidays, your order will be shipped in 2 or 5 business days.  However, if your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This might take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Hashi’s team will confirm the delivery date upon the payment confirmation.

Every package of product purchased from Hashi will reach to your doorstep by our partnered couriers which is Fed-Ex or our in-house expert courier depending on the location whether domestic or international.  Shipping of the order from www.hashi.ourdemo.online is safe, secured and hassle free.

Shipping Charges

Domestic:

Hashi ships all orders through our trusted courier partners, Fed-Ex or our in-house expert courier, and is free of charge depending on the destination.

International:

Hashi offers a free international shipment for the purchases above AED 5,000.00. Your order will be delivered by our partnered courier which is Fed-Ex and will be packed in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing along with our branded box and paper bag. Delivery times may vary, depending on the jewellery stocks, the team will inform you about the expected delivery date once you have placed the order. All international deliveries will be shipped only after payment confirmation and funds credited into our account.

Import Taxes and Duties:

Hashi ships the products from Dubai after completing all export documentation, however all shipments undergo on custom clearance in the country of destination. The custom clearance team of Fed-ex will complete all custom clearance formalities and if customer is liable to pay any import duty and taxes the same shall be informed to the customer before delivery. Customers need to pay such amount before the taking the delivery. It is thereby advice to all our customers to check or contact the authorities of your country to ensure their country’s import rules, duties and taxes before placing the order.

Important Notes:

The Recipient

We ask the customer to enter the correct details of the consignee or recipient’s name as stated in their photo identification approved by the Government and with their complete delivery address, nearby landmark, postal code and contact number for a hassle-free delivery.

To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier will require the recipient to provide any of their government recognized identity proofs to collect the product. Thus, during the process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.

The Delivery Location

We can only deliver the shipment to a residential or commercial location only as stated in the delivery address. Our couriers cannot deliver to any public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, hostel, on the road, etc.

If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, our partnered courier will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. For instance, the recipient is still unreachable, the product will be returned to our office in Dubai, and return charges may apply.
